Happy Halloween!
Hope everyone is having a spooktacular evening. I know I am still hungover...no not really. Well it has been a fun week. Full of costumes and rum and cokes. The festivities really started on Wednesday when Too Far Tash made her trimuphant return to the trivia scene. The day started out awesome as my very generous boss Victor at the Sunglass Hut gave me the Versace sunglasses that I wanted for so long but could never afford. So incredible...then off to the Wave. We had a good time...but the night became historic when my favorite baseball team of all time...THE BOSTON RED SOX, WON THE WORLD SERIES. I actually cried. It was amazing. Matty--you still owe me some yummy Razzy's Mozza Sticks. Bring it.
Thursday night, I ventured out as Johnny Damon (#18 of the Red Sox) to Newman's Halloween trivia. We had a good time there as well. Friday brought a boring day--Janetters came over and we hemmed costumes and had some good talkin. Saturday I worked the always horrible shift of 8-4 at Sobeys. It pretty much sucked. I'm not a big fan of working at Sobeys anymore--I love at Sunglass Hut, I am my own boss when I work...I don't have to listen to someone who hasn't worked there as long as I have or have to be so jealous if somene else gets to supervise. It's a jealousy issue on one hand and it's a Sobeys issue on the other. I wore the good ol' costume from West Side Story to work though...seemed to be a hit. Worked my new Versace shades into the costume. I was off at four--scurried home to put on my costume for Pub. Got to the mall at 5 where I got new shorts to wear underneath my toga and my pint of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and then they started my makeup at Faces--it turned out awesome. Then Janette got her makeup done and after a supper stop we made it to Colin's. Colin and Kristie had to decided not to go out which made me quite disapointed. But I now move on from it. We were successful in finding 4 tickets which is awesome for those people who needed them. We drank for awhile with some great costumes. Went to the wave where the band hadn't started yet...had some liquid cocaine (thanks to Janelle) and dug into my rum and coke jug a dee jugs. Dirty Deeds was sweet and all and all it was a fun night. Everyone's costumes looked awesome==good work to all!

Hallo
Well here I am again posting...I am on fire. It's a lazy day Sunday in which I spent sleeping and soon to be eating. I am at Tasha's waiting for the delayed Thanksgiving dinner. I always come to Tasha's for T-giving--it's fun, sometimes Tasha gets asked to leave the table and we eat lots of yummy food.
Last night...after a good 13 hour day...decided to break into some Amaretto with Tasha, Janette, Quinn, Joel and Hodder. It was good...lots of laughing and playing Asshole. Went to MORONS...danced and have some Cosmopolitans. SO good. Will buy more of them.
I'm very excited about tommorow as it is ANCHORMAN MOVIE PUB at the Wave. Perhaps a Castaway Combo and some beer will come into play. good times...
Well....I'm boring so I guess that is end post.

Well...Well...Well...
Here I am...a little behind again. But frankly, so is everyone. I'm sitting here in my kitchen with the t.v. in the living room positioned to the corner of my eye so I can watch my beloved Red Sox. I've had a couple of glasses of Dave's brew and a Heineken and I'm buzzed enough to be wearing my ol' Red Sox hat. Coming back in the 9th hopefully...they are down 3 but hell, that is so much better then the 8-0 that they were in the 7th. For all of you who have no idea what I am talking about...it's simple...just say GO RED SOX.
Saturday's first dinner party excursion was a success in my eyes. We had lots of food and lots of wine (thanks to dave) and lots of fun. It felt really adult. My friends are becoming my family, it's really nice to feel more mature. All of us dressed up and laughing, drinking wine, becoming the Eagles. You know...it's good. I'm excited for the prospect of Christmas dinner party...with more wine of course, lots more food and maybe even secret santa?
I'm very busy with work. Working 13 hour days most days...it's not horrible but once I am actually able to enjoy my paycheck, I'm sure I'll be more satisfied. It's weird how the work makes me so tired but I keep pushing myself because I know once January comes and I am free of debt, I will be a more stable person.
Getting excited for a few things...prospects include...Ash D's 21st birthday bash...Tash coming home...Halloween Pub...weekend in Halifax for bebe shower and Jenn fun....weekend in Moncton with the Sobeys crew...lots of fun.
Tying run up for the Red Sox...
I'm getting my hair done on Thursday and I believe I'm going to get contacts...I'm so tired of looking so tired and frazzled. I need a push and I really haven't done anything for myself like this since I got home...mostly due to lack of funds. I'm really excited...hello fall colors! The girls at Faces like to do my makeup because I look so crappy most days.
Shit...Yankees just won. It was close though boys...Good come back...just wait until you get those Yanks to the Green Monster...you'll show them.
